Shelby was the daughter of H. Paul Sheaffer and Mabel F. Sheaffer (Miller). She was a devoted wife to her late husband, George M. “Mike” Raub, and a loving mother to her daughter, Candy L. Raub. Shelby’s family was an integral part of her life, and she cherished the moments spent with them. She was also blessed with the presence of her brothers, Barry Sheaffer, Richard Sheaffer, Dennis Sheaffer, and Charles Sheaffer, who brought immense joy to her life.
