She was born on May 31, 1961, in Mahanoy City, Pennsylvania, to her loving parents, Dorothy and Emery Ihnat, who have since passed away. Dorothea was a beloved member of her community, finding solace in her faith and visiting both St. Mary’s Byzantine Catholic Church in Mahanoy City and St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church in Spring City, Pennsylvania.

Prior to the service, visitation will be held at St. Mary’s Byzantine Catholic Church at ten o’clock in the morning. Dorothea will be laid to rest in the peaceful grounds of St. Mary’s Byzantine Cemetery in Mahanoy City, Pennsylvania.
